Toowoomba Second Range CrossingComprising of a multitude of Standard format and Volumetric plans Stanfield's RPD worked in conjunction with the lead surveying company to produce the necessary plans required to cover the infrastructure for the Toll Road authority. Volumetric Tunnels Including Clem 7, Airport Link, Legacy Way & The Inner City Bypass These projects comprise just about every tunnel constructed in the greater Brisbane area, and we are proud to say we have performed tasks such as proposed land acquisitions through to the final Volumetric Survey Plans. Brisbane Air Train This project resulted in one of the largest volumetric Lease surveys ever prepared in Queensland. 58 x A3 sheets depicting the Lease footprint and isometric view that encompasses the air space surrounding the rail tracks and support pillars. QRail Corridor Assessment Project A 4 year contract with the QRAIL preparing plans over the 3000 km of railway corridor throughout the state. Stanfield’s compiled over 425 plans from existing maps, plans and railway field books to assist with leasing agreements between the DNRM, TMR & QRAIL. MOBILE PHONE RELAY TOWERS As an ongoing project we are constantly preparing Lease Plans for the Telstra & Optus networks as they continue to upgrade and expand their mobile phone infrastructure. This includes Standard and Volumetric Leases. THE GABBA GRANDSTANDS Due to limited design area, the current grandstands encroached onto public road and adjoining school grounds. Volumetric road closures & Leases had to be undertaken to eliminate the resulting problems. OTHER PROJECTS INCLUDE
